Trusts

A trust is a relationship where property is held by one party for the benefit of another party. A trust is created by the owner of the property, also called “the settlor”, who transfers the property in the name of a trustee. The trustee, then, holds that property for the benefit of those persons whom the settlor indicates in the trust deed that should have the benefit under the trust i.e. the beneficiaries of the trust.
